Canan Coşkun Sayın

Canan Coşkun Sayın is the founder of Mindfulness and Compassion Academy, an MCC-level professional coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a mindfulness and compassion teacher.

For many years, she has been guiding individuals and groups in the fields of mindfulness, self-compassion, emotional resilience, and inner transformation through trainings, retreats, workshops, and coaching programs.

Her work brings together scientifically grounded mindfulness-based approaches with compassion-centered practices, creating spaces that support emotional safety, awareness, and authentic human connection.

She completed her mindfulness teacher training through internationally recognized programs and continues her professional development through ongoing education, supervision, and personal practice.

Canan integrates mindfulness, compassion, nervous system awareness, and trauma-sensitive approaches into her teaching. Her intention is not only to share knowledge, but also to create experiential spaces where participants can reconnect with themselves in a deeper and more compassionate way.

In her programs, she emphasizes:

  • mindfulness and present-moment awareness,
  • self-compassion and emotional resilience,
  • stress regulation and nervous system awareness,
  • authentic connection and embodied presence,
  • and sustainable inner transformation.

Alongside her individual and group work, she also trains future facilitators and practitioners through mindfulness- and compassion-based training pathways.

Her teaching style is grounded, warm, inclusive, and experiential — inviting participants to explore awareness not as a concept, but as a lived experience within everyday life.
